How do you copy Teams message without time and sender information?

I want to triple-click a message, copy it to the clipboard, then paste it in whichever application, and I don't want to see the header (time and sender information).

Yes, it is possible to carefully select parts of a message, and make sure you don't snag the beginning or end of the message so you don't "grab" the header. This is not what I'm looking for. I want a one-click-solution.

I found this post dating from 2013, about Skype/Lync. I'm looking for the same thing in Teams.

    Hi Benedik Vojtěch, I wish you had read the thread, which you didn't.

    We know what you said is the way it works, but it's not a good way of working.

    What we want is for you to open a ticket internally in Microsoft to change this behavior in Teams to stop copying the header when we double click on the whole message. NO ONE want the header together, ONLY the person in Microsoft that thought this was a good thing that wants this feature, the rest of the planet don't!!

    Can you please open this ticket internally and don't give us crappy answers?

    Hi Benedik Vojtěch, did you open the internal request to review this copy/paste message behavior on Teams? To revert it back to the way it was before?

    Remember: People ONLY want to copy the header IF WE WANT!! Not forcedly imposed automatically! That was STUPID! It was fine before and now is trash.

    Hello,

    To be able to copy Teams message without timestamp and sender information, all you have to do is to NOT use double click of mouse to select the text you want to copy, neither Ctrl+A.

    Just use mouse cursor to select a text you wish to copy, once highlighted, press Ctrl+C and paste with standard Ctrl+V.

    Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.1381 (64-bit).
