    I've been emailing them for over 5 months now to see if they can tell me why I was blocked. Still no response except their automated reply.,

    I'm not blocked from commenting, but I have an issue with what someone has written about me on a News Article comment section, and need to get it evaluated by Microsoft, which is why I need to contact an actual MŚ representative.

    Any advice/links?

    Report the post. I know of no way to contact the MSN team and contacting (general) Microsoft Support by phone will almost certainly be a waste of your time.

    I doubt that conventional phone support from Microsoft will be able to help with this, but if you want to try...

    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus will send you to the Virtual Agent. Work with the VA for a few steps then tell the VA, perhaps several times, that you want to speak to an agent.
