    "Microsoft Support" on here is pretty much standard Microsoft "Support".

    How does a person actually contact a support agent and not have go round and round and round the same 4/5 pages over and over again?

    At one point, there is a link that links you to the page that you're already on. What an absolute joke.

    Anyways, thanks for allowing the mini-rant. Any help on how to contact a Microsoft Support agent would be very helpful.
