Windows 11 fresh installation "Let's connect you to a network" stuck

Hi,

I am trying to install Win11 on my new Lenovo Air14. It was delivered with a Chinese version if the OS, so I formatted everything. I created a USB-drive with a second PC using the Media Creation Tool, but now I am stuck at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.

No Networks are shown (my other Notebook right next to it shows 29)

Next doesn't work (greyed out)

Shift + F10 doesn't work

ALT+F4, doesn't work

I can't open any of the three options on the bottom right (greyed out)

The only FN keys working are brightness, volume and "project screen" (Win+P)

Anything I can do? I thought about trying to install Win10 first and then update.

    I know this is old but in case anyone else is having this issue. I used a hub I normally use for my MacBook to connect to the internet.

    The hub connects to the pc through USB-C and it has an Ethernet port. Here a picture of the one I used.

    what worked for me is

    **** + f10

    in cmd write
    OOBE\BYPASSNRO

    then enter.

    this will restart and bring you back to the options where you select language. this time when you go to the network page you will find an option saying I don't have an internet connection, click, on the next page click on the limited option, and then carry on with your name, etc.

    I had the same issue and found help on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2dpCEq7ODU

    Press Function + Shift + F10

    In command prompt, type taskmgr

    In Task Manager, click to Performance, then back to Processes

    Find the Network Control Flow process and stop it.

    That allowed me to proceed past the window I was stuck on (same as he showed in the video).
