Windows 11 fresh installation "Let's connect you to a network" stuck

Hi,

I am trying to install Win11 on my new Lenovo Air14. It was delivered with a Chinese version if the OS, so I formatted everything. I created a USB-drive with a second PC using the Media Creation Tool, but now I am stuck at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.

No Networks are shown (my other Notebook right next to it shows 29)

Next doesn't work (greyed out)

Shift + F10 doesn't work

ALT+F4, doesn't work

I can't open any of the three options on the bottom right (greyed out)

The only FN keys working are brightness, volume and "project screen" (Win+P)

Anything I can do? I thought about trying to install Win10 first and then update.

    This worked for me.....

    When doing a clean install, the installation asks you which disk/partition you want to use. You have an option there to load a driver. I thought it was only for hard drives, however, you can also add a network card driver. Do this, and the install completes.

    This likely means that out of the box, Windows was unable to detect any networking equipment and/or network connections. This happened to me for my Intel NUC 12.

    I was able to download drivers from Intel website on a different computer, load them onto a USB drive, press Win+E to open Explorer to run the driver setup.

    The part that wasn't apparent to me was that you can press Win+E to launch Explorer despite the fact that you seem to be in an inescapable setup flow.

    Ok so, for me, Win+E didn't do anything on that screen. So that solution unfortunately didn't work.

    What worked for me was what another user here suggested: connecting my cellphone (Samsung S21) to the NUC using a USB cable and then, on the phone's USB settings, enabled tethering. As soon as I did that, a network appeared on that Win11 setup screen which I was able to select and continue the installation.

    I'm not sure what to try if Shift+F10 isn't working, but maybe this will help somehow.

    After searching around. I found this: https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-set-up-without-internet-connection/ Basically Shift +F10, then type "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" at the prompt,

    then "I don't have internet."

    then "Continue with limited setup."
