Downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10 after 10 days without losing data.

Hi, Currently I am using win11 but I'm not satisfied with the system performance compared to win10.

It has been more than 10 Days since I upgraded to win11, now the go back option is grayed out.

Is there any method to downgrade to win10 without losing data?

Nope. The only way is a reinstall.

The Windows logo will appear on screen, this might be here for a while, as long as you see the animating dots, everything should be ok.

    Thanks for your input. The same exact thing happened to me. At first, windows 11 was fine but as time went by, I had lots of problems with it. I tried to revert back to windows 10 but it wouldn't let me do it. Also, when I tried to have my files restored, it told me I couldn't do it. Everything was greyed out and I just wanted to get it installed. Then, I found out about the 7-day reversal and after that time, it was a go. I finally used the windows 10 that I purchased which was supposed to go on another computer but I didn't do it. It is a good thing that I didn't as too long after, it finally crapped out. I paid $130 for the USB flash drive and hell, I have to use it. So, I finally got it to load and it took some time for me to figure out how to do it. I did not particularly want to go into the bios because if I did it wrong, I could wipe out the computer. I finally found the right way to install it and it worked fine. The only thing, like I said I lost years of files. I even had it stored on an external hard drive and one drive. This install wiped everything out and I thought it wouldn't touch the external HDD and definitely not one drive. Well, it did. I have to live with it. That was the only backup I had and do a few on disks and they are photos. I lost all of my data in my documents folder. That part is heartbreaking. I never thought of making hard copies of it or disconnecting the external hard drive. Live and learn, I say.

    Hi:

    I finally got my new win 10 which I saved as I was going to install it in my old laptop and I didn't get a chance to. I bought a new laptop a few months ago,, ==, which had windows 10 but automatically updated to windows 11. I did not particularly like windows 11 and I tried doing it on the laptop. It was way past 7 days so I decided to use the new windows 10 that I bought and installed it. I messed u p somewhat and wiped out all of my files. Mistakes can cost. At least now I have windows 10 bavk,
