Hello

Am facing this issue from last week I tried all the online solutions with no luck

Should I reinstall windows ?

Am using windows 10

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

    Hi Saba,

    It is still that Intel Rapid Storage technology driver causing the crashes, you have re-installed that from the support page for your PC and also let Windows re-install that driver, and yet, your PC is still crashing, the best option may be to contact the Support staff for your PC on their website, to see if they have an updated driver they could supply you with.

    Hi Saba

    Open the Settings App, then go to Apps, in the list of installed apps, do you see Intel Rapid Storage Technology?
