How to Cancel Windows 11 update?

I'm one of the people who had Windows 11 download itself without me telling it to do so. Now, it is ready for install. I do not want to install Windows 11 at this point. I want to keep my Windows 10.

I've paused it for 7 days, but this is a temporary solution. Can I delete the Windows 11 download somehow? I'm running Windows 10 on a brand new Dell computer.

Sorry for the nuisance, I would like to know what is pending for my updates. I understand that I have to resume.

Question: what do I see when I resume, a popup with the list of updates? And most important do I have the time to stop it and select another date?

    Thanks in advance

To be clear: Windows 11 installed and you are running it right now? Also, I don't understand what you are saying about it 'turns your keypad into desktop screen". How can that be? What are you using? A laptop or a desktop or ????

never did stop it. could delay the install, but not stop it and stay on Windows 10 so now getting used to it. the most annoying thing is it has turned my keyboard pad into a screen with my desktop showing. I can darken it so as it is not so distracting. Don't want to disable the pad in case I want to use in
