Window 11 taskbar auto-hide turning off

I switched to Windows 11 a few weeks ago, and ever since then, the taskbar auto-hide quits working when the computer comes out of Sleep mode. I have to be away from the computer for a while before it will happen, and I believe it has something to do with me running dual monitors. When I wake my computer, my secondary monitor appears to come up faster than my primary by just a fraction. Once my primary is on, there is a message saying something about the taskbar already being hidden (I think) and the taskbar on my primary monitor has the taskbar up. When I go to Taskbar Behaviors, 'Automatically hide the taskbar' is no longer checked. I'll select it again, and it will work fine until the system goes back into Sleep mode for a while, again.

That's fantastic - do you know of a way to execute that automatically, perhaps from the legacy AutoExec.bat or as a regularly scheduled service, executing in "x" time interval whenever the computer is running?

Ideally I'd have that sucker run every 5 minutes... :D

So roughly 2.5 years later, I'm still having the issue, and I've only been using 11 for about 18-19 months (Dec 22).

I have four monitors because I run a radio / YouTube studio. I keep the tool bar on each monitor for obvious reasons, but when I wake my machine, well, all four of them are there now....

Thank you for not giving up on this!

Well, it's BAAAAACK. Last night before I shut down for the evening I had a notification that I had a hidden taskbar on the side of my screen and am only allowed ONE hidden taskbar. THIS notification was slightly different from the past one BUT the result was the same: My auto-hide taskbar had once again unchecked itself. In conclusion, the latest preview version update does NOT fix the issue.
