Hi
So im having a issue with my mouse cursor lagging/stuttering for a few seconds randomly does not happen a lot but it does happen and only lasts for a few seconds so far not been watching a video ir playing a game when it happens so cant see if other tasks continue as normal when it happens
Updated graphics card drivers and checked windows update & it says no updates available.
I have the following hardware on my PC
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI
Motherboard:
Base board manufacturer: HP
Baseboard Product 8876
Baseboard Version 11
BIOS Version/Date: AMI F,11, 27/08/2021
Is anyone else getting this issues when i first got the PC over a month ago there were no issues its the last week or so this has started happening

I solve this problem in USB config DEVICE - SET - Win CAN'T TURN OFF to SAVE ENERGY
In Device Manager - USB CONTROLLERS - USB HUB and USB 3.1 INTEL.

Make sure to disable power mgmt. in both places, USB Hub(s) + Host Controller(s).
