Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard stops working randomly (but not the mouse nor number pad)

I have a Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic wireless keyboard for a few months now. I run Windows 11. I did the last update on my computer yesterday and since then the keyboard randomly stops working. I tried using the solutions on this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/microsoft-sculpt-wireless-keyboard-intermittent/576defc3-634a-4a6a-9793-230dcc447f77 from 2018, but nothing works. It's the same issue : I have to remove the batteries, wait a bit, put them back in and the keyboard works again. When the keyboard doesn't work, the number pad still does as does the mouse. It's my work computer so I don't have all the access for the Command Thing. Right now as I'm typing, the keyboard is randomly activating and de-activating some shortcuts despite me not touching anything but the keys to write.

What do I do ? I've done all the updates, I've run the Hardware & Devices updates/troubleshooting and nothing is helping.

Infos about the computer :

Acer Spin 513-52N, Edition Windows 11 Home, version 21H2, OS build 22000.613 64bits (I'm not sure which infos you need).

    Just an update to this one as I had a unique issue from not using my keyboard for a month, somehow the battery connection part in the back of the keyboard had some rust build up which I needed to clean off so that the batteries could actually have a proper contact to the metal and as soon as I cleaned that off it started working.

    This is obviously a very unique situation but could be worth checking inside as I was doing everything in this thread and I took the batteries out again to see if that would do anything and randomly spotted the rust build up.

    This was hugely helpful! My stuck key was F7. I just picked at a bit to free it and now everything is fine. What a help!! Thank you ALCJUDGE

    This man is a genius. This worked for me. I just pressed every key from top to bottom right to left until it started working. It has worked ever since!

    I ended up having to send back the keyboard then I did :

    1. To do so, follow these steps.
      Right-click on the start button and select "Device Manager".
      Then under "keybord" right click on the driver and click "uninstall".
      Reboot the computer so that Windows reinstalls the default drivers.
    2. It is possible that it is the power management of the keyboard and / or bluetooth that goes off after a certain time.

    Go to the device manager again and right click on the name of the keyboard driver and select "Properties".
    If there is a "power management" tab, uncheck the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device..."

    Check also in the bluetooth drivers in the same list of the device manager.
    If you see the name of your keyboard, go and deactivate the same box.

    And now it works !!
