Windows Fax and Scan, Cannot print faxes to printer

I started this question chain. There are several work arounds in this chain of responses that have worked for me, I suggest you look at them and see what works for you. I find it annoying that we have to use a work around, but I don't think Microsoft cares they just want you to move on to their next version of Windows. Good luck.

The main thing is to set Windows Photo Viewer as the default program to open TIF files when you double-click them. You can view and print all the pages this way.

Here is my work-around for Microsoft's buggering up their Fax and Scan program:

I drilled down to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Inbox. I got a message that says

I clicked CONTINUE to get permanent access. I then created a shortcut to this folder on my Desktop, changed the icon to look like a fax machine, and labeled it Received Faxes. It takes me right to my received faxes. I sort the files by date to make the latest easy to find. Since I had already set Windows Photo Viewer as the default program to open TIF files when I double-click them, I can easily view, page through, print, and delete faxes from one spot. FYI: this method allows you to view and print multiple page faxes.

I did this but I can only view the first page of the fax. What do I need to do so that I can view all pages of the fax?

Here is my work around.

Create a new folder called: Fax Inbox

In Windows Fax and Scan go to Tools and then Fax Settings. Under the General tab click the More Options button.

Check mark the box that says Save a copy to

Then put in the (or browse to) the location of your newly created folder Fax Inbox. For me that was D:\Fax Inbox

I created a the folder on my D drive and sent a shortcut to the desktop.

Now, whenever a fax comes in, it will go to that folder. You can open the faxes inside that folder and print fairly easily.
