Lenovo posted just recently a new UEFI Update for X1 Extreme Gen 2 https://support.lenovo.com/ch/en/downloads/ds540308-bios-update-utility-bootable-cd-for-windows-10-64-bit-linux-thinkpad-p1-gen-2-types-20qt-20qu-x1-extreme-gen-2-types-20qv-20qw nothing in the releasenote about the issue, so has someone already tested it ? As I currently have no X1x Gen2 at hand.

2023-01-26T16:30:11+00:00 Same here DELL XPS 15 7590.
See also https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/XPS-15-7590-Memory-Integrity-on-causes-an-inaccessible-boot/m-p/8339682#M106513mentioned SOLVED, but it isn't. There is a workaround suggested to disable VT-x that will not work for everyone.

W11 22H2 100% clean install (last week)
All latest BIOS and driver updates from Lenovo installed, Windows Update is up-to-date.
Turning on Memory Integrity flashes up scanning for incompatible drivers but none found.
Device Manager is clean.
Same symptoms if I enable Hyper-V Platform feature or Core Isolation - Memory Integrity
After fail to boot, system recovers but without Memory Integrity enabled.
All BIOS security virtualisation options enabled
