I cannot stand the new drop down when I right click on a file. Could you please update windows 11 so we can set the show more option as the default?

You can use a small registry hack to revert to the classic context menu if you're not fond of Windows 11's fast context menu.
reg add HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32 /ve /d "" /f

Should work. As noted in this thread, do not run as Administrator. Run as user.
That is really stupid, show more options contains all of the options I regularly use
