Windows activation after bios update

After updating the bios, im unable to activate windows 11, which was already activated. You're telling me I can't update the bios without windows freaking out. I paid for this product and now the only thing the troubleshooter is telling me to do is to just buy another product key. How the hell do I go about fixing this since windows services is just an utter joke? I'm constantly having to deal with fixing **** issues with windows 11. This product is a big joke. The "get help" app does nothing but direct me to exactly what their windows activation page is on the website.

Contacting support did nothing. They told me it's not their issue. Quality service M$

    +1. MSI Pro B660-A DDR4, BIOS update, OEM license since Windows Vista times "deleted/forgotten".

    What can I do?

    Interesting you claim it has no impact on windows or its license, seeing as all these people have experienced this exact issue, myself included. If you dont know what your talking about then your comments aren't needed.

    Same issue here with MSI motherboard. After updating bios, Windows has asked me to reset my pin, and now is complaining that the hardware is changed which invalidates activation. Tried clicking "I have recently changed my hardware" option, but it just asks me to buy Windows from the play store!

    Thanks to gigabyte having a giant hole in their security I had to update my BIOS again.
    Yet again it has deactivated my Windows install.
    The reactivation worked again thank to tanker59s post but this issue should have long since been fixed by Microsoft.

    SAME ISSUE ON GIGABYTE BOARD B760 DS3M AX DDR4 with 13gen i3 13100 cpu

    After upgrading the bios to latest version F4a, release april 14 2023...

    Activation fails and the option link at recently hardware changes sends me to the page where i can choose between all my windows 11 Pro grade licence keys but i can't use a singl one of them du to "a temporary Microsoft issue"

    Please fix this problem! Im not going to buy a license AGAIN!
