Can't access bios or advanced startup on windows 11

I don't know if its a bug or this is how windows 11 is, I just can't access my bios nor the advanced startup, if I boot the computer and spam the BIOS MODE (delete key) it just goes into a black screen and nothing happens it just stays black as long as I keep it running same thing happens with trying to go into advanced startup after it restarts same thing happens black screen and nothing else no cursor nothing even the monitor goes into power saving mode.

I checked everything from cables to bios updates and nothing

plus it was completely working on windows 10 I can go to advanced startup no problem BIOS no problem

after updating to windows 11 it just doesn't work at all.

also a note that when I boot the computer or press the power button it stays black for 3-5 seconds and then instantly loads windows I don't see the motherboard logo or the modes I can go to before it starts loading windows.

    I have Lenovo P340 Tiny (Intel processor + Nvidia card). Manufacturer logo stopped appearing after the Windows 11 upgrade. When attempting to enter BIOS via any standard means (like Shift-Restart) the screen goes blank for up to a minute, and only reactivates after I hit <Enter> a couple of times and then the Windows login screen appears. Switching monitor on/off for a time did not help, nor changing cables from DP to HDMI. The monitor seems to think there is no signal coming from the system. Refresh rate was 60Hz all the time.

    My refresh rate is set at 60Hz and monitor is connected to motherboard but same problem of blank black screen when I hit DEL during boot up to get to BIOS??? This is driving me nuts!

    My solution is to connect the Displayport cable to the Onboard and it works. It displays the Mainboard logo and the Bios screen.

    You’re experiencing the same issues and levels of frustration/regret as I am with Windows 11. I cannot believe Microsoft haven’t sorted this out as yet. When will they address the issue? Are they even aware of it? If you figure out a solution please share. Good luck.

    I tried the Fn + Del and got the same blank black screen instead of access to the BIOS. This really is ridiculous. Worked perfectly under Windows 10 but ever since Windows 11 I cannot access the BIOS. Beyond frustrating and an absolute waste of my time.
