Hello!

A few games are crashed after a few minutes of gaming. The mouse got stuck for a few seconds after I'm able to alt+tab but the game process is not responding.

I found the following errors and warnings in the Windows event logs:

**-the first one:**Warning 7/18/2022 8:46:11 PM WHEA-Logger 17 None

    Hi everyone.

Ive had the same issue which actually started as an Engine Crash fault in one game & is just a frozen game in others.

I too have tried all the options listed here: DDU then fresh driver install, sfc, dism, de-clocking my graphics card etc.

None of these seemed to make a difference until I also removed some of my RAM sticks to see if that was an issue. As it sits I appear to have 1 faulty stick or perhaps a faulty slot on my motherboard but the freezing/crashing is gone!

    Thanks

Does the error event remain indicating that the nvlddmkm driver was not found or has stopped responding?

    Hi PashaV.

I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The "nvlddmkm" driver is from the Nvidia video card.

Do a clean install of the driver and see if that resolves the issue.

Download the latest driver for your video card from the Nvidia website. Then use the free DDU tool to remove the current driver. Then install the latest driver using the installer you downloaded.

    DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-dr...

    Nvidia driver download: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions.
