This! Been searching ages for a solution since I upgraded to Windows 11 - didnt have any issues on Windows 10, IT were going to send me a new laptop as updating drivers didnt work. This worked.

I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

2024-09-28T11:05:35+00:00 I FIXED MY ISSUE!!! FINALLY!!! I have my Windows 11 PC connected by HDMI cable to my LG TV OLED G3 4K TV and was frustrated that my excellent Bowers & Wilkins headphones (which work perfectly when watching the TV) were breaking up when I used them to listen to anything coming from the PC. The problem was the TV was not accepting, and the PC was not sending, the data with enough quality. I checked the display settings on my PC, and it wouldn't allow me to choose anything higher than 60Hz, even though I had the HDMI cable connected to my TV's port which supposedly accepts 4K at 120Hz. The trick was to tell my TV that this particular HDMI port was to accept 4K - tricky to find in my TV settings but I finally found it. Once I had done this, my PC now allowed my to change my display settings to 120Hz - problem fixed!!!!!!

2024-09-17T15:15:23+00:00 I also have a new computer, the second one, Thanks to Best Buy they replaced the first one because the bluetooth did not work they reloaded windows, mirosoft support reloaded it twice, so best buy replaced it for me.
The second computer has the same challenge, mirosoft support took over my machine, tried three times to fix it, reloaded window 11 twice, I took it back to Best Buy they reloaded window did all the updates, got the computer back, the bluetooths still do not work.
My blue tooths work on my other computer, on my Tv but not with windows 11, its time to see if Best Buy will replace my computer with a different machine and not windows 11, Sorry HP it's been a nice 20 years
