how to enable sound equalization in windows 11

I am attempting to enable audio equalization for windows 11. I followed a video tutorial, by downloading the latest Realtek audio driver, then opening my sound settings and enabling the equalizer. I am not given this option. I see no equalizer selection in my sound settings. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

    Do you actually have computer speakers plug in and power on?

    Desktop computers don't come with speakers.

    I have gone in and did everything and no sound but it is showing that the speakers in my desktop are at 100 percent. I checked a volume song and nothing

    Excellent - I followed the link. Turned off Waves MaxxAudio Pro application and amazingly all the sound on my Dell Laptop were preforming like they should. I was looking for an equalizer to reduce the high frequencies and the issue is now solved. I thought I had bought a laptop with dud speakers, but it was just poor setup from time of installation.
