I've been using the "Phone Link" app on my computer and mobile and this has let me mirror my phone on my computer and enabled me to unlock the phone screen from my PC. However I'm no longer able to unlock from the PC and it is showing the following message: "Unlock on your phone. To keep your credential private and secure, we need you to unlock your phone to continue." Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Hi Bartolomeo1, once you have connected via the version in the Samsung store, and then you turn your computer off, does it allow you to connect again when you turn your computer back on again? Or is it just working on the initial connection the same as the Play Store version? Thanks
Uninstall the app on your phone. Delete phone profile on your PC. Reconnect the phone, update phonelink app through Samsung store and it should work for you again. It started working again for me.

Thank you. Its a PROBLEM for people that cannot operate their phone directly!
Sorry these big companies should consider every user/consumer when developing new features!
