RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1

Install error - 0x80070103

Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

    guyss i get a solution u want to follow my steps

    1.go to settings

    2.windows updates

    3.scroll down

    4.in advance features

    5.optional updates

    1. u see drivers u want to download it first than horray u can download those updates after downloading below 2 are drivers u want to download it first than u can download the updates

    1)Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - MEDIA - 6.0.9414.1

    2)HP Inc. - Software Component - 1.49.3231.0

    Thanks BU. Works! 1st time failed to update so I closed it and. waited 5 minutes like you said.

    Reopened the Update Page and there was nothing to update or install.

    Checked History under Drivers, etc and it was updated

    Well, the suggested fix doesn't work for me. Any other ideas?

    You install Drivers from the system maker's support There would usually be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system

    As for notifications, from whom?

    Hi -

    Had this with my other pc and now the one i am using now - drove me nuts - i ran the trouble shooter, rebooted and the same error - THEN i paused updates, rebooted my computer , unpaused the updates, it rescanned and all ok !!!!! Might be a fluke but might be of help to people ????

    GrahamC123 was the solution that worked for me. After doing so the 2 Realtek drivers with errors show up in the installed drivers along with a 3rd.
