RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1

Install error - 0x80070103

Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?

    Thank you. I followed these instructions. Here is a detail that might be new (March 2, 2023). After about 5 minutes I got this pop-up.

    I checked Windows Update and the three problematic items in the "updates available to download" list were still in retry mode and could not be cleared by installing them. Two of the items in the list are the same update number - Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9414.1 - and the third item is Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.464. I checked in update history, and I found both items had indeed been updated. So, I'm going to just ignore the items in the "updates available to download" list. The sound seems to be working OK.

    Have you been able to fix it yet? I have tried twice, but still get the error. Any other suggestions for fixing the error and updating the Realtek extension?
