Xbox Gamebar capture not working on Windows 11

Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 11. My gamebar capture stopped working, like the buttons aren't working. I have tried repair and reset on Setting with Gamebar but still not working. Does anyone know how to fix this? The buttons aren't clickable and I cant use the record shortcut.

    Method 1 : Download and Install the Standalone Windows Update (It is Windows 10 but it works for 11 too)

    1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231
    2. Scroll down and find the Orange download button and click it
    3. Select the Microsoft-Windows-MediaFeaturePack-OOB-Package_x64.msu and click on Next
    4. After it does download, go to your downloads folder and run it.
    5. After it is completed, Restart your PC.

    This is what fixed it for me.

    And I just have to say it is pure embarrassing that Microsoft don't put out a fix for this.

    "Oh the recording functionality of the game bar doesn't work. Oh well."

    It's like the entire of this website doesn't have a single MS employee actually monitoring and escalating obvious issues.

    Neither of these worked for me!?!

    i opened registry editor but the AppCaptureEnable was there and the value was 1, but still the gamebar didn't let me record videos. then i reinstalled it, but again ,it didn't work

    Are there any more solutions, if, please let me know

    None of the other solutions worked for me either.

    I stumbled upon the below steps that worked for me. I had to change the Graphics preference for Game Bar to "High performance" instead of "Let Windows decide". I am using Nvidia studio drivers but I don't know if that is linked to the problem.

    Go to your settings ->System>Display>Graphics

    Find Game Bar and go to Options, then change the setting to High Performance.

    I hope that helps because it's been bugging me for over a year.

    1. Open up Windows Powershell from the search bar in the start menu
    2. Copy and paste the command below into Windows Terminal, and press Enter. (This will forcefully remove game bar as you cannot uninstall it normally)
      "Get-AppxPackage -PackageTypeFilter Bundle -Name "*Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay*" | Remove-AppxPackage"
      (Do not include the quotation marks)
    3. Close the terminal after the command runs.
    4. Open Windows Store.
    5. Reinstall Gamebar from windows store and it should be working as usual.
