It appears this has been an issue since November 2021. Any updates?
I too have Tozo-T6, and once I updated to Windows 11 bluetooth connection to my laptop stopped working. my earbuds work on all other devices.

Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

I am having the same problem with my TOZO T12 earbuds right after upgrading to 11. Tried all the suggested solutions but nothing helped. They still work fine with my phone though.
It really seems to be a windows-driver incompatibility problem. Too bad. I'm sure there are a lot of really neat background upgrades in Windows 11. But so far the only different I've noticed is that now my earbuds don't work. :(
I'll add another one to the pile...
I have Tozo T6 earbuds. None of the suggested solutions works for me. The earbud mic works fine, but I get no audio. This happened when I updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Windows 10 worked fine.
I contacted Tozo and they said it's a Windows 11 problem. It appears that Microsoft is the provider of the Tozo T6 driver, according to the device manager, so I reckon they are correct.
Thanks, Microsoft, for the wonderful Windows 11 experience. :-/
Thanks. I guess we will have to wait for a general update that accidentally addresses this issue.
I reached out to TOZO to see if they were aware of the issue had a patch in the works but haven't heard anything back. Has anyone seen Microsoft acknowledging the issue and working on it?
