Hi,
Same problem here... I assume the issue has not been fixed, right?
Does anyone have any (good) news?
Thanks!

Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

See if this helps.
Had a user that bought these earbuds to use with his laptop. Sound worked, but mic didn't. Wasn't even recognized. Found the below and it helped. I know it's not the same issue as no sound, but maybe one of the other options would help.
TOZO NC9 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds, ANC in Ear Headphones IPX6 Waterproof Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Earphones, Immersive Sound Premium Deep Bass Headset,Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085NPCQLT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_Q0PVDKG5Z3NR4E8J8327?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I am having the same issue! I have an HP Probook 450 G6
Also experiencing this problem into the beginning of February. I tried a lot of troubleshooting steps and checking on and off Output defaults. Would periodically turn off my Tozos, disconnected/remove them from my laptop. Then I would turn on/off bluetooth for several periods of time. I noticed weird lag moments when I would do some of these, so I didn't really pay it any mind, but about the 4th or 5th time my computer completely crashed with a glitchy screen-tear blue screen. Really spooked me. This laptop is relatively new (an HP Pavilion) and has minimal software installed on it- so I don't know where that came from.
