Windows 11 file explorer is slow and lag. When using the up and down arrows it goes very slow compared to windows 10 which is super fast. It is also slow when opening folders as well as selecting either with the mouse or with shift + arrows.

    The only option that solves this is when I use it in full screen (F11), as it says on the site you posted. As I've done three updates to windows since it was released, and so far they haven't fixed the most important one that everyone uses.

    Using the File Explorer has helped as the files can actually be opened but there is still a 10-15 second lag time when I click on things; the blue circle keeps spinning and some files [especially w/ Excel ones] I have to click on them multiple times before they open....REALLY FRUSTRATING AND EMBARASSING WHEN WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO USE APPLE PRODUCTS SINCE THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE THIS ISSUE!!

    MICROSOFT: HOW DO WE GET THIS CORRECTED?????

    same problem for me with the same built.

    To me this problem has been around since windows 11 was released, in addition to this problem it has many bugs, as well as when clicking with the right mouse button to open the options it takes a while to appear. I notice a drop in performance compared to windows 10.
