Help with "Windows 10 installation has failed" at 73% on Windows 8.1 Pro

Every time I try to install Windows 10 through the Media tool I always stop at 73%. I tried to do it on a Clean Boot and it was the same. I also tried to remove the "read-only" and "system" attributes on the "$WINDOWS.~BT", but it doesn't let me change the "Read-Only" attribute on a file called boot.sdi and I don't know how to remove the "System" attribute.

I'm trying it now, thanks...I hope., makes so much sense, It always quit after updates part of install. 20 min. I will know. I did upgrade the chipset also. it didn't work
