PC Health Check App says my computer is compatible for Windows 11, but Windows update says it is not

PC health check tells me my computer is ready from win 11(after enabling tpm 2.0

when i go to windows update it tells me that it is not compatible. Why ?????

The Windows update compatibility check runs a scheduled task that runs periodically compared to PC Health Check App which shows information in real-time. So, if you turned on a requirement like TPM recently, the status in Windows update would take a while to change, so give it a day or two. If you cannot wait, update manually using the steps below:

    I have a MS Surface Studio with "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HQ CPU @ 2.90GHz "

    The MS "PC Health check app" reports "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements".

    In the UK its sometimes said that "the left hand isn't talking to the right hand" in this sort of situation.

    You do not look at a Windows 10 support list to locate a supported processor for Windows 11. You look at the Windows 11 list. The dead giveaway is the title of the page and the address itself.

    Windows 10 20h2 is actually the build of Windows 10 that came out nearly a year ago (Oct 20, 2020). Windows 10 21h2 is the next release coming out soon for Windows 10 users. It is currently offered as a preview for those that want it now. Windows 11 is not offered to unsupported computers.

    Windows 11 21h2 is the build of Windows 11 that was just released. It is offered to those the updater believes to be supported computers. It is currently being rolled out starting this month through 2022. You would see the below screen instead. However, no option for Windows 11 will be offered until the rollout reaches that supported computer.

    How come my Microsoft Surface with Core i7 isn't supported for Windows 11 my processor is i7 7660, should I wait for it to be added to supported processors or do I have no luck?
