Roblox robux purchase not working!

Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?

    I've found to go through another device, try going to the website on your phone rather than computer.

    also when it says not available we need to make sure you are the parent but wont give access to show that you are the parent
