Roblox robux purchase not working!

Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?

    MY DAD BOUGHT 800 ROBUX BUT IT DID NOT GO TROUGH!

    Always check the website url. If it doesnt start by "https://www.roblox.com/" it is fake.

    Hello Jack! I am a Former employee at roblox. You may go to the store where you bought it from and return ity if you can. It works for me.

    hello! so today i was playing a game in roblox called starving artists. when i tried to buy art with real robux there was an error sign. such as, your purchase of ___ has failed because something has gone wrong your account has not been charged. so here is the problem, it `s been happening for two days. as well as when I try to buy robux , it gives me the same error sign. I have been looking on how to fix this all day, thank you for reading, love, Ashton

    Good night my name is Tanis and I tried to buy 100$ of Robux in my credit card but it dints let me every time I tried it never woks pls help me I'm a noob in Roblox, so I need to buy Robux my friend is bulling me I look like a noob pls help me :(

    Hi. Im sorry for the late response. I myself am a bit of a roblox gamer. It seems that there may have been a error. There are 3 things to try.

    1. Restart the device.
    2. Log out of the account and back in. (Make sure you son remembers his password)
    3. Cancel the payment on your credit card and remake the payment.
