Tcpip.sys error Windows Insider Program

When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!

It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?

It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!

    My computer is a Asus Zenbook UX533FD, with Intel Wireless-AC 9560.

    I'm trying now to disable HyperV and uninstalled VPN and will try again.

    This computer booted fine the first time I installed, and then BSOD'd after updates, but since then is BSOD'ing every time it tries to upgrade

    Interesting stuff!

    I'm trying to define a potential baseline for a RCA.

    I'm using 3 different devices, with different results.

    1. Surface Pro 3 4th gen Intel - bsod only after windows 11 installed updates
    2. Surface Book 2 8th gen Intel - bsod during windows 10 -> Windows 11 upgrade
    3. Surface Pro 7+ 11th gen Intel - no issues during upgrade or updates. Running fine so far.

    On my company, our IT laptops, Surface Laptop 3, 10th Gen Intel, installed flawlessly.

    So, besides my items above, for the baseline, I should add another:

    1. What network cards manufacturers do you have on your device?

    My devices

    1. Surface Pro 3 4th gen Intel - Marvell Avastar + Surface Ethernet Adapter (dock) [this device is unsupported in the future]
    2. Surface Book 2 8th gen Intel - Marvell Avastar + Surface Ethernet Adapter (dock)
    3. Surface Pro 7+ 11th gen Intel - Intel + Surface Ethernet Adapter (dock)

    So, per my findings right now, my devices 1 and 2 have Marvell adapters .... and failed ....
