driver updates greyed out

when  i go to windows update history nothing shows up, and  drivers are greyed out. is there something wrong

 what do i need to do?

    wht you ae telling me to do  is like sending to me a foreign country and expecting me to immediately speak their language  that about how much I understand what you are saying. It is  apparent that you can not or ill not remotely connect and  help me

    go to windows 10 they said its so much better so much easier  you will lie it better that is pure bull

    holy cow you lost me amount   bios chipset printer what is mount?? this is even more complicate than  what you aid before. why can you just not hit downloa an install  any more
