Well as I said in my first message, my computer only crashes when I'm not playing. Sometimes it even crashes on start, before displaying the windows login screen
Repeated crashes and BSOD on ASUS TUF A15
Hello,
Several months ago I bought an gaming laptop, an Asus TUF A15 FA506IV with Windows 10 installed. Everything was fine in the first weeks, but then my computer started to crash and get BSOD randomly, except when I'm playing or using it intensively, which is weird.
I've tried everything, ranging from reinstalling drivers, to a complete reset and windows install.
I've checked RAM, disk and system files integrity, tried multiple repair tools, both Microsoft and unofficial, multiple times, installed every single driver based on Windows Update recommendations/constructor website, even used driver verifier, but nothing has changed since.
The only thing that sometimes changes is the error message of the bluescreen, when there's one. Often the screen only goes completly black, and nothing else happens.
Oh, and I can't show any memory/crash dump since nothing is generated.
Is there anything else to do, or is my computer doomed to be returned to the vendor ?

2022-07-17T13:00:49+00:00 Not working for me. I've just tried that, and one hour later, bsod still exist.
This laptop totally garbage. I cannot work a day without 4 to 5 times bsod.
My last 2 laptops, both of them are asus, have poor quality. I think their gaming laptop will be better, but here it is.
I think I have enough with Asus now.

2021-07-17T00:24:11+00:00 Hello, I have a similar problem.
I just bought an ASUS TUF A15 F506IU using an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H and GTX 1660TI.
For the past week I've been encountering BSODs with ntoskrnl.exe being the cause, I've removed the ram stick by moving to another slot but in the end it still produces a BSOD error. After investigating the error I encountered, I finally found a solution that hopefully can help you.
Here are the steps I took to solve the problem :
- Uninstall Every AMD Drivers including AMD Crash Defender, Chipset and Graphic
- Don't restart your PC
- Install every of AMD Drivers manually from the official website.
- Follow every step from the installation
And that's what I can do to solve the problem with the ntoskrnl.exe BSOD
I Hope might this help you.

2021-01-11T15:56:08+00:00 Many of mine have either Driver, IRQL or Page in them. My guess is that there's something wrong with the RAM controller or the sticks. Where did you buy yours, and who did you send it to ? I'm from France too and bought mine at Boulanger
