HOW TO FIX !
I did Steps 1-5. I have not had a blue screen or any crashes for months now. Laptop has been running stable.

- Search: "Graphics Settings"
- choose an app.exe to set performance preference to "High Performance"
- example. Browse - Program Files - Google - Chrome - Application - choose "chrome.exe"
- then go to "Options" under Chrome
- select "High Performance"
- then go to "Options" under Chrome
- example. Browse - Program Files - Google - Chrome - Application - choose "chrome.exe"
- choose an app.exe to set performance preference to "High Performance"

- Turn off Link State Power Management -Control Panel
- System and Security - Power Options - choose High Performance - Change Plan Settings - Change Advanced Power Settings - PCI Express - "Link State Power Management" OFF - Change MIN/MAX Power State:

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, ALSO DO THIS (I have not had to do these last two steps):
- Disable "Fast Boot"
- search "cmd" for Command Prompt
- Right click and "Run as Administrator"
- type "hibernate off" or "powercfg -h off"
- press ENTER and close Command Prompt
- type "hibernate off" or "powercfg -h off"
- Right click and "Run as Administrator"
- search "cmd" for Command Prompt
- Install RYZEN CONTROLLER:
- Set CPU TDP(W) to 12
- Set CPU TDP Boost(W) to 12
