I have got a Trojan virus but I think I deleted It

So I accidently got a Trojan Virus, but I used my 14 day premium trial with malwarebytes to delete It. I am having trouble with my computer after It was deleted, Im lagging on games I have never really lagged on ever. The chrome always has trouble, and my taskbar keeps disappearing. Even after Malwarebytes deleted the Virus. Why???

It's either called a Trojan Virus, or Trojan Malware both are the same thing. (People Call It either those)

Not sure on what one It was because I found It the first 15 minutes of getting It.

I accidently pushed a virus while on Adfly.

I looked up One Updater and found It was a Trojan.

I am not sure If I have anymore, I am using Malwarebytes premium, and Avast.

First, note that there is no such such thing as a "Trojan virus." It's either a "trojan (full name "trojan horse") or a virus. They are two different kinds of malware.

For help, please answer all the following questions:

What was the name of the malware that you were infected with?

How did you you get it?

How did you know you had it?

Are you sure you have no other infections? Why are you sure?
