I have got a Trojan virus but I think I deleted It

So I accidently got a Trojan Virus, but I used my 14 day premium trial with malwarebytes to delete It. I am having trouble with my computer after It was deleted, Im lagging on games I have never really lagged on ever. The chrome always has trouble, and my taskbar keeps disappearing. Even after Malwarebytes deleted the Virus. Why???

    Windows opens zip files natively. You don't third party apps to extract files from a zip file.

    Yea, that's not going to work It's a WinZip and I don't own WinZip, as well as I have used my free trial.

    The answer is uncertain. After a malware infection, multiple points must be checked.

    We can do one more process. Download the Autoruns tool from Sysinternals, which can identify all the threads that Windows runs at startup. Run it and when you finish doing the analysis, save the result using the save button at the top menu. Share that file with me.

    Alright I'm 75% done, It keeps going from Users to Recovery? Can remnants control or Malware control Microsoft Safety Scanner? (Dumb Question but I honestly don't know)
