Recieve an email fron PC Solutions stating a payment of $329.00 was recieved by auto renewal for my Firewall Security Plan. I have never dealt with this company and wondered if anyone had the same problem. I called to inquire and they could give me no info about my'account". But, they wanted me to use the "Teamviewer" app to cancel the account. That did not sound right. Supposedly it's the only was to cancel the transaction. HELP!

Yes, it's a scam Do not use TeamViewer. It will let them take control of your and royally screw things up. There is no transaction to cancel. Just ignore their message.
In fact you should never let *anyone* take control of your computer, using TeamViewer or anything else, unless it's someone you know and trust impilcitly, both with regard to his honesty and technical skills.

It is a scam, as you have stated you don't have any history with that company. What I can suggest is just ignore them if they call you or block and mark their email spam on your mail app. Don't follow on whatever they told you to do. Because most likely they were trying to access your machine and hack it.

This is a scam. Do not call them, do not reply to the email.
Their prices have gone up, I just got the same email with a $499.99 charge for Norton Family. Never done business with these people. Googled the company to confirm my thinking that this was a scam. Thanks all for posting.
Called these people up, as the man told me he was part of Microsoft and he needed to have me open up our computers and do what he tells me to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In other words, he is a scammer trying to get control of our computers. We need to start getting serious about these kind of people and get them arrested and put away in jail!!!!!!!! Scammers are getting away with millions of dollars and most get away with it! When as a Nation are we all going to get fed up with this kind of crime!!!
I also got a similar email. They even spelled words incorrectly about their company, including the word "Soluutions")?)
I called their telephone number and it was a Google Phone Subscriber. I left a message. They called me back, would not let me talk until I just interrupted the guy and told him it was a scam and that I am a lawyer (I am) and that I was reporting their scam. He hung up.
I called my bank.
