On Windows, look in the affected user's Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder and delete the debug.log file
Sorry, this doesn't do anything. There is no debug.log file in that folder. Now, if you had said Desktop, that's a different story. This is appearing on my user's desktop, with the same error message about the system cannot find the path specified.
I got it from playing Roblox too. It freezes for a sec and then I get it on my desktop. Specs: i5 9300h, GTX 1650, 16GB RAM (I tried uninstalling and installing Roblox and Chrome, but it doesn’t help at all...)
I get it when I play a game called roblox
