I actually saw a case where OP said the issue started appearing after installing VS Code, hence was asking. Thank you - let me see we can find what is generating the same.

2020-10-15T03:12:30+00:00 I got the same error. It's popping up in directories that I am usually in. I use powershell to navigate through my files/folders and sometimes stay in that directory. After a while I find that debug.log popped up.
