Random Freeze and Unresponsiveness [Windows 10 20H2]

I recently updated to Windows 10 20H2 from 2004. Since then I have been experiencing random freezes, lock-ups, and unresponsiveness. I could be watching a video and the video would pause, the touchpad won't respond, touch won't work, and the power key won't sign me off. The only option I am left with is to press and hold the power button to force-restart the laptop.

I am using Lenovo 920 with i7 8th gen 512 SSD and 16 GB of RAM.

Please, send help.

After the force shutdown, I can use may laptop normally and I can shutdown it down with no issues. It does take longer than 1909, but no issues other than that. Freezes only happen just once a week, so I'm luckier that others :(

My laptop is plugged in and Microsoft tech worked on restoring system but still freezes. Funny thing was it never freezes during restore process only when you do the first reboot afterward

The reason I'm asking is cause I realized if I had my power cord plugged in to my lap top it would shut down properly. My computer fixed itself.. it was the weirdest thing. I was at my whits end and called upon an IT person to remotely help me to fix it and wouldn't you know it, it didn't freeze NOT ONE TIME while he was remotely in my lap top and hasn't froze up since. No updates were done or deleted.. it magically fixed itself (if only I believed in fairy tales) keep putting your frustrations online it will get fixed.
