Windows 11 will not show incompatible drivers

In new windows 11 up to date as of writing this. Core isolation memory integrity does not work and will not turn on. Every time I scan for incompatible drivers, none are listed. Checked the windows update, the system is up to date, and no errors in device drivers were found. All drivers appear up to date. BIOS most recent available (the same driver that was installed prior to this error occurring. None of the threads seem to address this, only ones where the driver is known. The DG readiness tool is not user-friendly for everyday users. Need a solution that can be done at home without having to be an IT guru or MSCE certified. It will not let me upload the screenshot or picture, keep getting errors in that as well.

    hst222 was correct.

His (or her) answer wasn't merely Uninstalling of Dell software. (I had already uninstalled SupportAssist because it was intermittently running at 99%, locking up users, forcing reboots.)

aside: SupportAssist isn't named "Dell SupportAssist" in Windows GUI. It's just SupportAssist. I had removed that and left a few related Dell apps, but removing the main one had solved the CPU 99% problem, so I had left the rest of Dell helpers installed.

hst222 told me to remove DellInstrumentation from Device Manager (first, change View to By Drivers).

I didn't find that listed under D for Dell, looking in alphabetical order.

I found that under O for

    oem118 DellInstrumentation.inf

    (Details: Dellsupportassist)

On a different computer here, it was

oem198 DellInstrumentation.inf , so the oem number varies.

Remove that from Device Manager if you have not yet done so.

    Hi hst222 -

I followed all your steps and still cannot turn on System Integrity via Settings and no incompatible drivers are listed. No greyed-out drivers in Device Manager and no driver errors. I have a Dell XPS 8950 with 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700 (2.1GHz), acquired in May 2022. System came with Windows 11 Home pre-installed. All software and drivers are up to date. All Dell software has been uninstalled and I don't see any errant Dell processes running.

System Integrity was fine when I first received the machine but between then and now, after one of the many Windows Updates, System Integrity could not be turned on via Settings and no incompatible drivers were ever listed. This problem has been going on for many months now. Since then, the only way I've been able to turn on System Integrity is via the HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity hack.

Were you the person who posted a request to speak with Karen Quintos, Dell's Chief Customer Officer? If so, I understand you may have a fix for this problem. Would you please share?

    Thanks.

    Hi hst222

EDIT: This paragraph is irrelevant, as far as I can tell: These new-ish Dell's (bought early 2022) did come with Win10 installed and were (manually) upgraded with Win11 iso during deployment. So if this problem is caused by upgrading from Dell Win10 with Win11.ISO -- or in a few cases factory reset with BIOS restore of OS via Dell installed Win11 -- then I am curious what about that upgrade is causing this.

Also, some of our machine CAN turn on Memory Integrity while others CANNOT due to this inscrutable "driver incompatibility" issue, but I don't have a way of knowing which machine was upgraded by which method.

EDIT: I read your latest post after responding to your previous post, so now I will try your response to me re Dell Instrumentation driver. BRB.

EDIT: I see oem118.inf (Dellinstrumentation.inf) and Driver Details says Dellinstrumentation.sys. It is not grayed out.

I will confirm on Google before I do. (yes!)

EDIT: note, sometimes Dellinstrumentation.inf = oem118.inf but sometimes a different oem###.inf on other workstations. This make sense in that this Dell driver is what I would call a "virtual driver" for a service, vs a genuine hardware driver.

EDIT: Yes, I had uninstalled Dell's SupportAssist oem software. On various workstations, on random occasions, SupportAssist would use 97-99% memory. This caused apps to crash (Inventor, with an unsaved drawing), cause OS to crash, made it difficult for a user to do anything to escape. I could open Task Mgr to kill SupportAssist. I removed it everywhere.)

    EDIT: deleted irrelevant info here

DellInstrumentation was not grayed out, but listed as OEM#. I uninstalled both of them but Dellinstrumentation still shows up in Task Manager after reboot. I also uninstalled Support assist. Can't find out where to actually uninstall DellInstrumentation. No grayed out drivers or driver errors shown in control panel. Memory Integrity still won't activate due to incompatible driver that it won't show. It probably is a Dell caused problem, but I think I'll give up. I have a 2nd Dell, same model & configuration, and it does not have the problem.

I have seen other posts about this exact problem, Driver incompatibility for Memory Integrity but when you click "Show" (or whatever the exact process), a blank space.
Here's my driver info. (I added the TXT file to Filebin, but I can paste the content if needed.)

    https://filebin.net/pu2q8jwicbywjfep

    driverquery-v.txt

I support many client machines and I never saw the issue on a new Dell - same with another fellow who seemed to only see this on older migrated 10->11 Dells and I have a good idea why. But you are the first person reporting that no driver is listed in a fairly new Windows 11. I'd still venture to guess it is Dell installing an old addon from old software whose certificate has not been updated. Can you post the output of:

    driverquery /V
