windows 11 does not recognize my bluetooth speaker as an audio device

I tried every steps in the the comments, still its not working my laptop is Acer preditor helios 300. Please help someone i tried everything still not working

After reading Hongli Zhao's response the following steps worked for me:

1. Open Bluetooth & Devices
2. Click 'Devices'
3. Under Related settings, click 'More Bluetooth settings'
4. Check the 'Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC' and click 'OK'
5. In the same 'Devices' tab, disconnect, then click the dropdown and remove the speaker from the Audio tab

a. If the speaker was on then turn it off, then back on and enter pairing mode.

b. If it was already off just turn it on and enter pairing mode.

7. Click 'Add device'
8. Select 'Bluetooth' (the 1st of 3 options)
9. Connect the speaker to the pc.
10. After it connected I checked and saw it as an option in Output devices for sound.
11. Unchecked the 'Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC' option from step 4 and clicked 'Ok'.

I tried updating the Bluetooth drivers in the Device Manager, but that didn't work for me. The only way I got this to work was by updating the Bluetooth driver from Lenovo. I have a ThinkBook 16 G6 IRL, so I went to the Lenovo support site and downloaded all 3 types of drivers: Liteon, Intel, and Realtek/Mediatek. It turned out the Intel one worked for my laptop.

So you have to find your PC manufacture's latest Bluetooth drivers and try to install them and see which one works for you.

Thanks for this method Ruxolitinib! I went through all your steps and this was the most successful attempt because the speaker appeared in the audio outputs, but after rebooting it disappeared. I had a problem after reinstalling Windows 11, I reinstalled it because Microsoft Store didn't work for me, and I really needed one program, after reinstalling everything worked, but now the problem is with my JBL speaker, after all the steps I took on all the reddits/forums, etc., it at least appears in the list of audio devices in Settings -> Sound -> Additional sound options, it started to appear there, but this is only when it is connected, as soon as I connect it it immediately disappears from there and that's it, you can't find it there, although there is a check mark to show hidden devices and a check mark to show disconnected devices, it is still nowhere to be found, in the device and printer settings it is there, and it is even displayed as a speaker and there is not even a check mark on Handsfree Telephony, I don't even have several "Bluetooth serial ports", all in vain anyway, I'm already thinking about downloading Windows 10 ...
