How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

    Hi, how are you my dear.

    The problem still the same blutooth traboolshoot and audio devices not connected or not installed.

    I did same you inform me instlad all then restart.

    Kindly please u can contact me my email the you have to fix it by quick assist ,4 person till now I need some one stay at the end then after installation I will restart the connect with u back to try it by ur self .

    So, if you're rocking the speakers that came with your laptop (you know, "Realtek," depending on your device's vintage), and they decide to betray you after a Windows 11 update, here's the magic trick:

    Step 1: Go to HP.com—yes, the official HP site, because the last thing you need is a sketchy driver from "TotallyNotAScam.com."
    Step 2: Click on "All software and drivers."
    Step 3: Reinstall the Audio Driver like a boss.

    That’s it. No need to restore your laptop or call IT for moral support. Just download, install, and BAMMMM—you’re back in business.

    I had to figure this out minutes before a virtual meeting because apparently, Windows 11 decided audio was optional. You’re welcome. ✌️

    My speakers stopped working today soon after upgrade from W10 to W11 and installing Norton 360 Pro (but they worked for a couple of days), the PC is about 5 years old. I tried many of the steps posted earlier (update drivers, disable Norton) but nothing worked. The fix for me was to open Device Manager/Sound,video and game controllers and right click Synaptics HD Audio device and Uninstall (after uplugging 3.5 mm speaker jack). Then when I plugged speakers back in it automatically restored Synaptics HD Audio device and speakers worked again.
