I can't seem to find this. It didn't work on my initial install of Windows 11 and it was then deleted and I can't find where to reinstall. thanks.

The really bad thing about the Snipping Tool is you can do any highlighting, which is a lot nicer than putting boxes around items in a screenshot. If MS would upgrade the Snipping Tool then I would consider it the best one to use, but until then it's simply subpar.
The annotation tools in Windows 11 Snipping Tool now appear below the snip instead of in the top toolbar as in Snip & Sketch.
Windows 11 Snipping Tool removed great functionality. I had to download a third party snipping tool that i also hate but doesn't suck as bad as Windows 11 version.

Like so many other changes from 10 to 11 that versions sucks
