download Snip and Sketch in Windows 11

I can't seem to find this. It didn't work on my initial install of Windows 11 and it was then deleted and I can't find where to reinstall. thanks.

    Ah, NVM, I read another answer that the current version has removed the ruler. Poor choice, Microsoft.

    Exactly, I used to higlight text in my screen shots DAILY - now i have to make straight lines by hand. Bring back the ruler!

    Finally found those. You have to open the app each time to use them, the screenshot doesn't come up and offer editing as it did with Snip and Sketch, the superior tool.
