Has anybody been able to configure Windows Fax and Scan, so that they can send faxes free using Microsoft 365 Word?

Step one is Settings > System > Optional Features btw

I am using windows 11 Pro...no sign of Fax Scan capability or program for download and installation.

Why do the clown in product delivery NEVER check their install packs for cross contamination effects beofre using clients as test mules....

Hi, we've actually located it in Windows 11 Enterprise and Pro. It was a bugged feature update. It is still available in these versions of Windows.

https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nblggh4v8l9?hl=en-us&gl=US is no longer downloadable from the store. Windows 11 Enterprise ver 24H2 is no longer providing Windows Fax and Scan option. What happened to it? It is not in optional features and when Print and Document Services is enabled it still does not appear on our Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2 even after MS fixed the bug of the feature update. How do we resolve this?
