Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.

Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

    [SOLUTION]

    1. Open Settings app
    2. Click on Bluetooth & devices
    3. Click on Devices
    4. Turn Off 'Use LE Audio when available'
    5. Enjoy :)

    In my case it was a similar issue. The solution was enabling "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service" .

    do check from windows key search + services ==> check "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service". it should be running.

    This solution worked for me as well.

    Bluetooth Aftershokz microphone not working after latest update.

    Rolled back driver as described above and now it's working again.

    I have the same problem... but everything in this thread did not work for me. I found a solution for my headset. I have a LEVN Bluetooth PLUS dongle. I have been using Bluetooth during this nightmare. Decided to turn off Bluetooth and try the dongle. And now I have a working microphone.

    I've got the same problem. Started with one set of earbuds (JBL) and I assumed the issue was with the earbuds (connection problems, disconnection, etc). So, I purchased a new pair (SoundCore), a replacement for a set that I lost, but had great success with previously.

    Cannot get the mic to work in Teams. Test in Windows indicate that it's not working, meanwhile, they work just fine with my cell phone. Clearly it's a Window's issue. It's driving me a bit nuts.
