The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Guys,

I see that some of you are having the same issue using Asus Mobo. I'm having the exact error but for me, the issue comes when I play Diablo 4. I can play and use my PC all day without any issues. Still, as soon as I play Diablo for a couple of minutes/hours I get that error amd3dvcacheSvc CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008.

To be honest I don't want to change my Mobo. No OC, using stuck settings, only using EXPO and did a Bios Update and Drivers.

    here is my system specs:

    7900X3D

    7900XTX

    64 GB RAM

    Any help would be appreciated.

Honestly, the thread has been pretty quiet. I think the last BIOS update might have fixed a lot of problems. Since your issue seems to continue, I wonder if you have a power issue? Have you tried any diagnostic software to try and trip this same error? For me everything was solid and it was random restarts. If you read up further in the thread there is a Reddit post about club and ram settings that helped a few.

I loved my ASUS board(2 in my closet…) too and hated swapping to MSI, maybe try getting a new PSU if possible. I know D4 from what I hear is a resource intensive game. If your are confident in your PSU try different BIOS versions. Good luck and keep us posted!

Thanks for reporting back, I'm going to have to RMA my GPU then I guess. I'm glad it fixed the issue for you.

Well, after running the replacement GPU.. everything has been fine since my last post. No crashes, no bsod's, running flawlessly.

So faulty graphics card is the culprit.

Which probably the worst news if your reading this in the future.

    Good luck!

Awesome, I’m happy you have fixed your pc! Hopefully other people will share when they have a fix.
