Camera Missing In Device Manager

My Camera is not showing in Device Manager.

Before I did a scan for any changes I noticed the name in which I named my computer during one of the requests when setting up the Windows 11 installation was not there however after the scan the name was there and when I opened it there was the option to add drivers. My question is should I proceed with adding the drivers?

I just purchased a new computer and went through the motions of installing Windows and I have the same going on in this computer. It's like a spreading cancer however when I check the properties of what folders I do have scattered around the first part of the path after the user is One Drive. Has One Drive taken over my computers?

File History does not recognize my external hard drive and if these folders that I have made up on my external Hard Drive and will no longer be in One Drive how will I be able to find them?

I refer about system files will remain the same, OneDrive is a different story.
