This may be a niche solution to this issue, but it was the only thing that worked for me (yes, I tried every solution in this thread).

If you happen to have a stream deck, you can use the "Windows Mover" plugin by bar raider to recover a window from anywhere. Simply select the lost window from the drop down list inside of the plugin, leave the window coordinates set to (0,0) and then press the button on the stream deck. This will move the window to the top left corner of your primary monitor.

    Hope this helps someone.

NORD is completely ignoring this issue and will not help with any support. I'm giving them 24 hrs then deleting the app and demanding refund.

I can confirm the previous post. I've been looking for a solution without success as well. Using NordPass or NordVPN none of these techniques work. It could be that there's some problem with the way they're implementing those. I'm using Windows 11, and I've confirmed it works with other programs, just not Nord stuff. Is there another technique that can accomplish the same thing in Windows 11?
